The New Chapter

Hi Guys..

It's been a long long time since the last time i wrote in this blog.. I still hope what i have written here so far, contribute something for all of you.. 

Life has been so unpredicted, so many ups and downs.. although i'm still thankful for everything happened. I believe all those things would help me become wiser, more mature, a better person..

I force myself to write tonight, because i will enter new chapter in my life soon.. yes, i'm getting married! I want to remember how i feel right now, many many years to come..  so whenever i'm feeling blue, i can always come here and have something that makes me smile..

We've been crazily busy preparing for the wedding, and not everything goes according to our previous plan. But hey, marriage life is way more important yes? Soon we will look back and laugh over these stuff.

After the wedding and honeymoon, i will give some reviews about some vendors that i used. I hope it will help you brides to be, preparing for your special day.

Review: Biokos Derma Bright Intensive Brightening Serum

Hi guys, i want to review another product by Martha Tilaar, Biokos Derma Bright Intensive Brightening Serum. The Product is claimed to reduce hyperpigmentation and dark spots, brighten the skin tone and make it glows. It also slows the aging process. I really like it at first, because of the light texture (lighter than Biokos Anti Wrinkle Gel) makes it quickly absorbed. Eventually i stopped using this product after few weeks, because it tends to dry the skin. Eventhough i have normal-oily skin, i love to keep my skin hydrated enough. It would appear fast if our skin is dehydrated, it looks dull, flaky and the make up wouldn't stay as long as usual. In term of reducing dark spots and brightening the skin tone, i couldn't tell much because i already have fair complexion.  

Biokos Derma Bright Serum

Nevertheless, many people report good results using this serum. The Derma Bright range also has day cream (SPF 25) and night cream. Maybe with using the whole range, the result is better. I don't think i wanna do that though. I think this serum is quite pricey, retail price is Rp.250.000 for 30 ml size.

Review : Biokos 40's Anti Wrinkle Revitalizing Gel

Hi Guys,

I want to review this wonderful product by Martha Tilaar, Biokos Age Repair Anti Wrinkle Revitalizing Gel. I've been using it for almost 4 months, and i like it. The product is claimed to slow down the early wrinkles, and restore the skin's youthfulness. Age Repair is series of treatments for dry skin types, but the gel works well on my oily skin, and somehow helps to control the sebum while moisturizing the skin. I have fair tone already, so i couldn't tell if it makes my skin whiter, but i noticed that the brown spots caused  by acnes are slightly diminished. I also feel that my make up looks better if i'm using this gel. The only con for me is that, it doesn't help much with the fine lines. 

The product is quite economic, 1 bottle  (30ml) is enough for 2 months. I used to use it twice a day, every morning and night. Lately i only use it at night, because i'm trying another product by Martha Tilaar, the Dermabright Serum as a part of my morning regiment. I will review it later for you guys.
